1. How do I track my order?
You can easily track your order using our Track Your Order page.
Simply enter your tracking number to view the most recent updates and delivery status of your shipment.
2. What payment methods do you accept?

4. When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time your order is placed.
5. Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Unfortunately, promotion and discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise specified in the offer’s terms.
6. What should I do if I have missing items in my order?
If an item appears to be missing from your package, please contact us immediately at contact@yuquesen.shop with your order number and details.
Our support team will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.
7. Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions on YUQUESEN.shop are processed in US Dollars (USD).
If your credit card is issued in another currency, your total will be automatically converted based on your bank’s daily exchange rate at the time of processing.
8. How do I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out within 1 hour of placing it.
After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipped.
. Cancellations requested after processing may incur a 30% cancellation fee to cover transaction costs.
. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds for successful cancellations will be issued to your original payment method.

9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order has entered the processing or shipping phase, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete before submitting your order.
We also recommend providing your residential address rather than a temporary or vacation address, as customs delays may extend delivery times.
